What is the FitzWay?

Here at Fitzgerald's Countryside Chrysler Jeep we think it's important for us to have values and expectations that we live by.  That's why we've created the term, FitzWay, helping us define our business philosophy.  The FitzWay acts as a guideline for the way that we treat out customers.  It has created a unique way of doing business that has helped differentiate us from other auto dealers in Clearwater FL.

The basis of the FitzWay philosophy consist of three things:

  • Honesty and Respect
  • Deal in Good Faith
  • Attentive Customer Service

The FitzWay philosophy came from us listening to our customer's comment over the years, both positive and constructive to ensure we're always growing.  By taking these messages and requests, we've made our dealership whole to ensure the experience we deliver is the best it can be.  Incorporating this into every aspect of our business has allowed us to create a unique way of doing business from our handling of customer phone calls and showroom visits to serving vehicles and handling customer questions and requests.

The FitzWay Program

Something that makes the FitzWay philosophy so important to us is that we can implement it in so many things we do around Largo FL. Put simply, it's within the conduct of our day-to-day business. We offer a variety of unique consumer-oriented programs designed to make car-buying easier and more understandable around the Saint Petersburg area:

  • Delivered Prices on every car eliminates negotiation, creating less hassle and more honesty and respect when dealing with price
  • Fitzgerald Auto Malls Lifetime Buyer Protection Plan provides customers with regular vehicle preventative maintenance inspections and the added bonus of our Lifetime Loaner Car Program all dealt in good faith
  • Used Vehicle Certification Program provides customers with one of the most thorough inspection processes in the industry because we want to always give attentive customer service when you're in the Tampa Bay area

At Fitzgerald Countryside Chrysler Jeep, we have also developed more programs to help our environment including recycling and innovative energy-saving practices.  One of them being the Green Power Partner in the Environment Protection Agency's Leadership Club.

We also focus on our Child Safety Seat Inspection Program with support of the National Safe Kids Foundation and the Montgomery County Safe Kids Coalition.
